Heila currently serves as the Head of Operations for Double You and Resource Development Manager at ANU, where she is building on her career in social businesses. Heila has over 8 years’ experience in operations management, non-profit management, leading innovative social impact programs, consulting and strategic planning processes. Heila has improved the quality of living for young Israeli citizens with no family support including ‘Olim Hadashim’ and former religious Jews and assisted them integrate into society. She supported young citizens in Ethiopia in their efforts to take social responsibility and promote health education among their communities. In addition, she manages women empowerment processes and helped people fulfill their purpose in the world.

She holds a B.A in International Relations, Sociology and Anthropology from the Hebrew University.

She grew up in Massachusetts and has lived in Israel and Ethiopia.
